What's included in a clean?

Sometimes, just cleaning your house is not enough; we tidy and declutter, do your washing and ironing if required, and take out the garbage. If you want extras like fridge and oven cleaning and carpet steam-cleaning, just ask.

What is a deep clean?

Deep and regular cleans cover the same checklist. Deep cleaning requires more time, effort and attention. We require you to select the Deep Clean option if your home 1) has not been cleaned in the last month or 2) is not being maintained on a regular basis. If not selected, it may be added on arrival (we will always call you before making any pricing changes).
Can I have just the common areas cleaned?

Yes, you can. Just choose our ‘hourly clean’ option during checkout (minimum 2 hours), and in the instructions, make a note of what you’d like cleaned. We’ll take care of the rest! If you’re unsure of how many hours to choose, estimate how many hours it takes you to clean. If we finish over or under the booked time, we’ll fix up the pricing at the end of the clean.
Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?

Yes, we bring everything required with us to complete the clean. If you prefer our cleaners to use any of your own equipment or products, just leave a note in instructions during checkout or in your account, and leave it out for our cleaners to use when they arrive.
Can I reschedule or cancel a service?

No stress! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean to avoid a late cancellation fee. You can manage your bookings in your account, or just give us a call/email.
What is the Maid In Bowral guarantee?

If you’re not 100% happy and satisfied with your clean, send us a photo, immediately and we will fix this for you.
